Simple & Tasty Evening Snack - Sweet Rava-Banana Pancake in 4 simple steps

Hello Friends
Hoping you all are doing fine. Yesterday after I posted my thoughts & views on food, being a foodie and also being a cook through a post on my first ever food blog,  I was so humbled and overwhelmed with all the likes, views and comments from my readers, viewers, friends and well-wishers. After which, I thought being a foodie and putting on some weight is actually making me feel so good😅....I know it just sounds crazy🤭. But that's the level of appreciation and trust you all have shown to me. Thank you so much once again for motivating me to such an extent that, today I am posting my first recipe post for you all. Hope you all will try & taste this simple recipe and also give your comments on the same which will help me to improve on my upcoming posts.

Evening!!  It's that time of the day when everyone urge for a tasty snack and also need a cup of coffee or tea. So, today rather than a savoury snack, I thought to post a sweet snack recipe which is simple to make, less time consuming and gets ready in 4 quick & easy steps. Hope the sweet tooth lovers like it. Here goes the recipe....😋 Sweet Rava-Banana Pancake in 4 simple steps.
TOTAL TIME  : 25 mins
PREP TIME   : 15 mins
COOK TIME :  10 mins
SERVINGS    :  8 Pancakes

INGREDIENTS:
Rava/Sooji    - 1 cup
Over Ripened banana   - 5 bananas
Coconut   - 1/2 cup
Milk   - 1/2 cup
Sugar  - 9 tsp
Water  - 1/2 to 1/4 cup
Jeera (cumin seeds)  - 1/2 tsp (optional)
Salt to taste
Ghee
STEP 1:
Roughly chop the bananas and grind it together with sugar, milk and enough water depending on the consistency into fine smooth mixture. (You can also add Jeera (cumin seeds) together while grinding the banana mixture, it will give you a bit of both nutty & savoury taste. I didn't use it because I wanted to make it as a complete sweet dish)
STEP 2:
Further in a mixing bowl, add rava/sooji, smooth banana mixture, finely grated coconut , salt and enough water to make the pancake batter in medium consistency. (You can also add more sugar depending upon the level of sweetness you need.)
STEP 3:
Make sure that the batter should be specifically in medium  consistency and not watery. And rest the batter for 15 mins. After the resting period, the batter may get thick, as rava/sooji absorbs the water. So you can add more water  to make the desired consistency for the pancake batter.
STEP 4:
And the last step, heat the non-stick pan, grease it with ghee, once hot, pour a small amount of batter on to that hot pan and sprinkle a little ghee on the top of the pancake. After 2 minutes, turn on to the other side and cook the other side also for the same time. Remove the pancake from the pan and plate it with little ghee on the top of the pancake.

Hope you enjoy this tasty and crispy rava-banana pancake and do give me a feedback through the comment section after you try and taste it with your loved ones.
Until we see next, eat....sleep....snack....repeat...!!
