Today posting a very simple, convenient and healthful morning meal - Nutty Muesli Banana Pancake in 3 easy steps😋

SERVINGS : 4 Pancakes
INGREDIENTS:
Muesli - 1 cup
Boiled & Cooled Milk - 1 1/4 cup
Over Ripened banana - 2 bananas
Egg - 2 nos
Chopped Nuts (Almonds, Walnuts & Dry Blackcurrants) - 3 tbsp
Black Sesame Seeds - 1 1/2 tbsp
Sugar - 4 tsp
Baking Soda - a pinch
Salt to taste - a pinch

Chocolate Syrup
Honey
Ghee
STEP 1:
In a mixer, add muesli, banana, eggs, milk and grind it together with a pinch of baking soda, salt to taste and sugar into fine smooth mixture.
Further in a mixing bowl, add the grounded smooth mixture along with chopped nuts and black sesame seeds, mix well and rest the pancake batter for 5 minutes. Make sure the pancake batter is in medium consistency. (You can also add more sugar depending upon the level of sweetness you need.)
STEP 2:

STEP 3:
And the last step, heat the non-stick pan, grease it with ghee, once hot, pour a small amount of batter on to that hot pan and sprinkle a little ghee on the top of the pancake. After few seconds, once the pancake turns brownish in colour flip on to the other side and cook the other side also for the same time. Remove the pancake from the pan and plate it with slices of banana, drizzle chocolate sauce & honey on the top of the pancake.
